1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Friday by InspiredOne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Friday is an AI-powered productivity platform that provides research, document creation, image generation, video generation, and application building through AI CoWorkers. The Service operates on a credit-based system where different actions consume different amounts of credits.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Credit System

The Service uses a credit system. Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. Different features consume different amounts of credits (e.g., image generation costs more credits than text editing). Current credit pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a new subscription.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including documents, images, videos, and applications. InspiredOne does not claim ownership of your generated content. You grant InspiredOne a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content; (b) attempt to circumvent credit limits or account restrictions; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service APIs; (d) impersonate other users or entities; (e) use automated systems to create accounts or consume credits.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI CoWorkers may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. InspiredOne is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your generated content remains accessible for 30 days for export purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InspiredOne's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
