1. Information We Collect

Account information: Email address, name (if provided via Google sign-in), and a unique user identifier.

Usage data: Content you create (documents, images, videos), credit consumption, workflow usage patterns, and feature interactions.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and access timestamps for security and abuse prevention.

Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) manage your account and credits; (c) detect and prevent abuse; (d) communicate about your account, billing, and product updates; (e) generate anonymous, aggregated analytics.

3. AI Processing

Your prompts and content are sent to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, xAI) for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your generated content is stored in our persistence layer for your access and is not shared with other users.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our InspiredOne cloud infrastructure. Generated media (images, videos) is stored on our CDN. We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion for recovery purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI model providers for content generation (prompts only, not personal info); (b) Stripe for payment processing; (c) law enforcement if legally required.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your data; (b) export your generated content (HTML, PDF, PNG, MP4); (c) delete your account and data; (d) opt out of marketing communications. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT token, user session). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Authentication tokens are httpOnly cookies. API keys and credentials are stored server-side only, never exposed to the browser. We use SSH for all code deployment and server access.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
